Adding a subwoofer is the best way to make a noticeable impact in your sound system, but what if you don’t have space in your vehicle, or your budget, to add both a subwoofer and an amplifier? The iLX-W650 and KTA-200M Package with PowerStack™ occupies the same amount of space as a traditional 2-DIN radio yet allows you to easily add a subwoofer to your sound for the bass you’ve been craving. Thanks to Alpine’s exclusive Dynamic Peak Power (DPP) technology, the package can rise from 200-watts to 400-watts to meet the peak demands of your music and then roll back to maintain efficiency. A voltage adapting input circuit is included to maintain maximum source signal level without clipping so your bass comes out clean, even at high volumes.

The iLX-W650 and KTA-200M Package with PowerStack™ “Works with Apple CarPlay” and lets iPhone users make and receive calls, access text messages, play music, and get direction in a way that allows them to stay focused on the road. Apple CarPlay is accessed through the capacitive touch screen or the mic button to activate Siri voice control and is compatible with iPhone 5 and later (iPhone must be connected via Apple lightning cable).

The iLX-W650 and KTA-200M Package with PowerStack™ includes Android Auto and works with the Google Assistant (requires both a USB cable and Bluetooth connection; requires an Android phone running 5.0 [Lollipop] or higher and the Android Auto app). To access the Google Assistant on Android Auto, say “OK Google” or select the mic button. Google Assistant in Android Auto allows users to play their favorite music, get driving directions to their destination, interact with smart home devices and reply to text messages – hands free.

Use your smartphone while keeping your hands on the wheel with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and built-in Bluetooth calling and audio streaming. The 7-inch screen is designed to match the app icons on your smartphone so you can find what you need fast. Use two-finger swipe motions on the capacitive touchscreen or go handsfree with voice commands on the external microphone to activate your apps, make calls, send texts, and get directions.

Let the iLX-W650 and KTA-200M Package with PowerStack™ get you to your next adventure with smartphone navigation, available on Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, or Waze. Either use the “voice” button located on the receiver or your smartphone to get turn-by-turn directions. Add a front or rear-view camera to your vehicle (sold separately) and control the angles from the large, 7-inch, anti-glare screen. A built-in rear-view camera distance guide display makes blind spots a distant memory.

Control all search options of your iPod directly from the iLX-W650 and KTA-200M Package with PowerStack™ via Playlist, Artist, Album, Song, Genre, Podcast or Composer. The USB connection allows for high-quality iPod/ iPhone playback and delivers an even faster access speed so you’ll find songs as quickly as you expect to find them on your iPod/ iPhone.

SiriusXM-Ready

Upgrade your sound experience and expand your entertainment choices by adding SiriusXM satellite radio to your iLX-W650 and KTA-200M Package with PowerStack™. The iLX-W650 and KTA-200M Package with PowerStack™ is SiriusXM-Ready and connects to the SiriusXM SXV300 Connect Vehicle Tuner Kit (sold separately, subscription required). SiriusXM features include: album art; display of channel logos; pause, rewind and replay up to 60 minutes of content while listening to satellite radio; start songs from the beginning when tuned to any favorite music channel using TuneStart; scan and select songs on favorite music channels with TuneScan.
